The Pink Suitcase Studio is the work of Jan Dolby. Jan is a Toronto based graphic designer and illustrator, offering children’s focused graphic design, art direction and book packaging services, and everything from initial concepts, ideas and pencil sketches to fully set up, print-ready files.
With over 10 years experience in children’s book publishing industry, Jan has experience working in many different children’s books formats including: picture books, preschool, novelty, non-fiction, fiction, licensed brands, educational, gift, packaging, activity, toys and more!
Jan studied fine art at the University of Guelph. She is an internationally published children's illustrator with over 20 illustrated picture books. She began her career as an arts administrator working for The London Children's Museum and Young People's Theatre, a professional children's theatre company in Toronto.
